Payment and membership information, including your selected membership plan, purchase date, billing status, and subscription status. Full payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Aligned Alchemy.

Quiz and engagement information, including your energetic block result, email activity, page visits, and actions taken in our funnel or community.

Community information, including posts, comments, reflections, and other content you choose to share inside The Conscious Container or related community spaces.

Aligned Alchemy uses third-party tools to operate our quiz, email system, checkout process, and community experience. These may include platforms such as Interact, Brevo, Systeme.io, Skool, payment processors, and other service providers.

These platforms help us collect quiz responses, deliver emails, process payments, manage access, and host the community. Each platform may process your information according to its own privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Quiz Results Disclaimer

The Aligned Alchemy quiz is designed for self-reflection, personal insight, and educational purposes only.

Your quiz result is not a diagnosis, clinical assessment, medical evaluation, psychological evaluation, or fixed identity. It is a reflective tool designed to help you explore patterns that may be influencing what you feel safe to receive, express, create, trust, and become.

8. Membership and Billing Policy

The Conscious Container is a paid membership community by Aligned Alchemy.

Current membership options may include:

Monthly Membership: $99/month
Annual Membership: $799/year

Memberships renew automatically based on the plan selected at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the membership plan you selected. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information remains accurate and up to date.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.

Canceling your membership stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already processed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

Please allow reasonable processing time before your next billing date.

10. Refund Policy

Because The Conscious Container provides digital access, community access, educational resources, and live or recorded experiences, membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or had a technical issue related to billing, please contact us at awaken@alignedalchemy.life within 7 days of the charge so we can review the issue.

Aligned Alchemy reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

11. Community Guidelines

The Conscious Container is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and growth-oriented space.

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage with kindness, respect, and personal responsibility

• Honor the privacy and confidentiality of other members

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior

• Avoid giving medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice unless you are qualified to do so and clearly state your role

• Share from your own lived experience rather than diagnosing or labeling others

• Respect the intellectual property, teachings, frameworks, and content shared by Aligned Alchemy

Aligned Alchemy reserves the right to remove posts, restrict access, or terminate membership if a member violates community standards, disrupts the safety of the space, or misuses the platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All Aligned Alchemy content, including but not limited to teachings, frameworks, quiz language, written materials, videos, practices, workbooks, community prompts, and brand assets, is owned by Aligned Alchemy unless otherwise stated.

You may use membership content for your personal growth and learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or publicly share Aligned Alchemy content without written permission.

13. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Aligned Alchemy is designed to support reflection, alignment, embodiment, and personal transformation. However, your results depend on many factors, including your participation, personal context, choices, consistency, and outside support.

We do not guarantee specific emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, business, health, or life outcomes.

14. Data Retention and Your Choices

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, manage your membership, comply with legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or updates to your personal information. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Your continued use of Aligned Alchemy websites, quizzes, emails, memberships, or community spaces after updates means you accept the revised policies.
